We have been specialised in growing Jerusalem Artichokes since 1985
and its processing to raw material for the production of valuable
substances in terms of nutritional physiology with added healthy
benefits.
According to our company philosophy growing and processing are
under strict bio control and certification.
Our cultivation areas are situated in the north of Germany at the
fringe of the Lüneburger Heide .
The tubers are being processed into powder, juice concentrate and
juice powder.
An organic-speciality of the Distillery Cordes is the Topinambur
feinbitter Kraeuter-Liquer 20%vol (Jerusalem Artichoke slightly
bitter Herb-Liqueur).
