From the press juice of the Topinambur tuber we make a golden yellow juice concentrate of approx. 65 ° Brix. This is fully water soluble. All soluble components of the tuber are largely unchanged, in particular the fiber-active inulin.

Food supplements

Our juice concentrate and the juice powder bring a variety of positive properties. In addition to a high content of dietary fiber, they are a source of potassium and also contain phosphorus and manganese as well as other nutrients and trace elements. In addition, they are (very) low in sodium, free from fat and low in saturated fatty acids.

Jerusalem artichoke inulin - a gift of nature

The special feature of the inulin in our products is that it is naturally integrated into the plant structure. Inulin and the other valuable ingredients such as polyphenols, minerals, vitamins, enzymes and essential amino acids work together.
Inulin passes through the stomach and small intestine virtually intact, as humans and animals cannot digest it themselves - a dietary fiber. Only in the large intestine does it serve as food for the positive microorganisms such as bifidus and lactobacteria.

Inulin is considered as a fiber and is contained in our products at around 45 to 65%. Topinambur is an excellent way to increase daily fiber intake.

Polyphenols

Polyphenols have an antioxidant effect. Especially in the outer layers of the tuber and in certain varieties, the polyphenol content is particularly high.

Potassium, phosphorus, magnesium, iron, zinc, copper, manganese, selenium - many macro and micronutrients can be taken in through our Topinambur products.
Correspondingly many health-related statements and corresponding effect claims are possible.

Diabetic friendly

Inulin cannot be digested directly by humans and therefore does not cause insulin requirements. So the hunger irritation is avoided and the well-being is increased.
